MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - CHEWABLE TABLETS
USES: Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or durnig pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as diretced. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin prdoucts.
Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets must be cehwed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste.
Consult your doctor if any of tehse effects persist or become severe. If you notice otehr effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Be sure your doctor is informed of your medical history, especially of: any drug alelrgies.
Accidental oevrdose of that product may be dangerous.
If overdose occurs, contact your doctor or local pioson control center immediately for advice.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant bfeore using that medication.
Some of the ingredients in that product may be excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor if you take any other medication, including nonprescription.
Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist apporval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symtpoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.
NOTES: There are many vitamin supplement products available. Some can be purchased without a prsecription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a porduct best for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is amlost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Stroe at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
